My experience at the North Charleroi Pa location was awful, we rent from enterprise for all our soccer tournaments, did not have a car for us even after I called to confirm 2 days before, manager could have cared less. I will say the staff has always been great...i miss Dino!!!

My bf had to rent a car his insurance paid $30 a day which was supposed to cover the everything plus taxes. Gave the $50 deposit only got $16 back they gave him a car that cost more so he had to pay the fees which is screwed up. The manager was rude you think they would have been extra nice considering the first car they gave him the glovebox had drugs in it! I would not recommend this location to anyone unless you like having drugs in the car. They know they did him wrong and they should give him his full deposit back!

Had to rent and was only given a allowance for a mid-size..After hearing about our special needs children was given a upgrade to help accommodate us at no additional cost! Great service and understanding!
